Giving Homes — and People — a Fresh Start

At Liverpool Cleaning Company, we believe that everyone deserves to live in a clean, safe, and dignified home — no matter their circumstances. That’s why we’ve launched Clean Start Liverpool, a community-driven initiative offering free deep cleans to homes across the city that are in urgent need.

Whether someone is struggling with illness, grief, financial hardship, or simply overwhelmed by life, a fresh start begins with a clean space. And we’re here to make that happen.

💙 What Is Clean Start Liverpool?

Clean Start Liverpool is a charitable outreach program run by Liverpool Cleaning Company. Each month, we select households in need — based on nominations from the community — and carry out a full professional deep clean, free of charge.

Our goal is simple: to restore dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to people who are going through tough times, and to shine a spotlight on the power of compassion through cleaning.

These cleans are documented (with full consent) and shared through our YouTube and social media platforms, to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and inspire others to take action in their communities.

🙋‍♀️ Who Can Be Nominated?

We’re looking for genuine cases of need across Liverpool — including (but not limited to):

• Elderly or disabled residents unable to clean
• Single parents in crisis
• Individuals struggling with physical or mental health
• Recently bereaved or isolated individuals
• Survivors of domestic abuse or trauma
• Veterans or carers who need support
• Anyone overwhelmed by their living conditions

If someone’s home has become unmanageable and they’re not in a position to fix it themselves — we want to help.

📬 How to Nominate

You can nominate:

• Yourself
• A friend, neighbour, or relative
• A client or service user (if you’re a charity or housing officer)

All nominations are confidential and reviewed with care.

🎥 Content & Consent

Each clean will be filmed and shared on our YouTube and social channels as part of our ongoing campaign to raise awareness and inspire support.

Consent is always required from the occupant. We handle all stories and footage with sensitivity, and names can be kept private where requested.
